White fillings
White (metal-free) fillings are an alternative to silver (mercury amalgam) fillings. White fillings are made of a strong composite resin that is matched to the surrounding tooth color. In the past, white fillings were placed only on front teeth, but a stronger, more durable material has been developed that can withstand the chewing pressure of back teeth.
White fillings are often preferable because:
• Many patients prefer mercury-free fillings
• Cosmetic reasons
• Patients with sensitivity to heat or cold find metal-free fillings to be more comfortable
Teeth whitening
Dentistry has the ability to whiten most teeth. This can be accomplished in one of two different ways.
• In Office "Power Bleaching"
• At home while you sleep
In office "Power Bleaching" is usually a one visit office procedure for most people. The teeth are isolated. A powerful bleaching agent is placed on the teeth. With the use of a computerized light, Oxygen which bleaches the teeth is released. This immediately lightnens most teeth.
At Home Bleaching is a completely different procedure. Many consider it a vast improvement over former whitening techniques. It is effective and can be done while you sleep. A chemical gel preparation containing carbamide peroxide is placed on the teeth in a special tray.
Crown and Bridges
When one or more teeth have a large old filling, are fractured, severely damaged by decay, or missing, we may recommend the placement of a crown (cap) or a bridge. A crown strengthens, restores and protects a single tooth while a bridge replaces one or more missing teeth. Crowns and bridges are anchored using a special adhesive and are not removable.
Porcelain veneers
Porcelain veneers are ultra-thin shells of ceramic material, which are bonded to the front of teeth. This procedure requires little or no anesthesia, and can be the ideal choice for improving the appearance of the front teeth. Porcelain veneers are placed to mask discolorations, to brighten teeth, and to improve a smile. Highly resistant to permanent staining from coffee, tea, or even cigarette smoking, the wafer-thin porcelain veneers can achieve a tenacious bond to the tooth, resulting in an esthetically pleasing naturalness that is unsurpassed by other restorative options.
Simply natural Looking Partials and Dentures (Valplast)
Valplast Flexible Partials are the world's first flexible partial. The plastic is translucent, allowing the natural tissue tone to show through. Patients find these partials extremely comfortable and durable without sacrificing aesthetics. The material can be used for all partials, unilateral removable replacements (Nesbits), and full dentures.

Key Benefits
• Natural appearance
• Outstanding durability
• Comfortable

Root Canal
Nothing is as good as a natural tooth! And sometimes your natural tooth may need root canal (endodontic) treatment for it to remain a healthy part of your mouth.
Most patients report that having root canal (endodontic) treatment today is as unremarkable as having a cavity filled.
Wisdom Teeth Removal
The best time to have your wisdom teeth removed is before they have a chance to cause other complications. If wisdom tooth removal has been discussed as an option for you, please feel free to share your concerns with us and we will be glad to advise you.
We are here to help you achieve the best possible oral health, and removing your wisdom teeth may be an important step toward that goal.
Non Surgical Gum Therapy
As leaders in the field of anti-infective therapy, our office analyzes the numbers and types of bacteria present in the space between your tooth and gum. This helps us to diagnose the presence of health or disease and treat you accordingly. Treatment, even in advanced cases is usually completely non-surgical, and is dedicated towards destroying the cause of the gum disease-bacteria. In this way, we are able to allow natural, non-surgical healing to occur, and the ultimate result is healthy, natural looking gums.
Implants
Dental implants are extremely effective, natural looking replacements for missing teeth. They can also be used to provide support, stability, and retention for removable dentures. Our office utilizes the most up to date implant restorative systems to fit each individual patient’s needs. If you are missing a tooth or a number of teeth due to accident, decay, fracture, or infection, or if you are having a problem with your dentures or partials, we will be happy to advise you of your implant options.
Nitrous Oxide Gas
The Nitrous Oxide enables the patient to become calm and relaxed.
This Nitrous gas is very safe and is administered by the doctor in small increments. This gas is delivered to the patient through a nasal hood and makes the patient feel weightless.
Intra-oral camera
Do you know why x-rays are used? It is because they show us what we cannot see. The area between teeth isn't accessible to view. Well, even the areas which are accessible are not easily viewed. These cameras show us, like x-rays, that which we cannot see. Would you go to a dentist who didn't use x-rays? Well, make sure they use these cameras, too!
All above procedures can be performed by a group of well qualifiied anesthesiologists.
