I was born and raised in Southern California. I obtained my Bachelor of Science degree from the UNIVERSITY OF SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA and received my dental degree from GEORGETOWN UNIVERSITY SCHOOL OF DENTISTRY in 1982, graduating in the top of my class.

After graduating dental school in 1982. I worked for three years as an associate for Dr. Mark Warren in Long Beach, California. Always wanting to open my own practice and after careful planning I decided in 1985 to open my own practice in San Juan Capistrano. I have always wanted to become a dentist since I can remember. I have directed all my efforts and energy to becoming the best dentist I can possibly be. I have distinguished myself professionally through quality continuing education. I have obtained my fellowship in the ACADEMY OF GENERAL DENTISTRY. This is a rigorous process requiring five years of membership in the AGD, completing over 500 hours of continuing education classes and passing an extensive examination. Less than 10 percent of General Dentist obtained this award. I am a fellow in the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (a nine-month long academic and clinical program) that was taught by nationally and internationally faculty members who are considered to be top authorities with respect to their respective subject matter. Currently I am serving my country as a DENTAL CAPTAIN IN THE US ARMY RESERVES. This has given me the opportunity to work with and study under the leaders in the dental field.

I am active in our community providing dental screenings to our schools and oral cancer exams at our local pharmacies. I reside in San Clemente with my wife Sara of sixteen years, Chi and Krishna (our two dogs). We enjoy outdoor activities and try to get away to the mountains when we can.

In addition to high quality dental care, education is one of the primary services we offer our patients. We send out dental newsletters, which will keep you informed of the best ways to obtain and maintain optimum dental health. It also allows us to let you know what is happening in our office and how we can help you.
